1. About These Terms

These terms apply to all classes, programmes, parties, performances and bookings provided by Capoeira Club London. By booking with us or attending a session you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

• Class places are confirmed once payment has been received.
• Trial classes are subject to availability and one per person.
• Event and party bookings may require a deposit to secure the date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Class fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session where possible.
• Event deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the booked date.
• If we cancel a class or event, you'll be offered a credit or full refund.

4. Health & Safety

Capoeira is a physical activity. By participating you confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit to take part and that you have informed us of any relevant medical conditions. You take part at your own risk; please follow all instructor guidance.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants, parents and guests to treat instructors, staff and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session for behaviour that endangers or disrupts others.

6. Photography & Media

We occasionally photograph or film classes and events for promotional use. Let us know in writing if you do not wish to appear in any media.

7. Liability

Capoeira Club London is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on site, or for injury sustained other than as a result of our proven negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
